betjob Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the betjob platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betjob strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be accessing the betjob platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you as an individual.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of betjob or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false identity information is a material breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access betjob's real-money services, you must create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all betjob accounts:

• Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) betjob account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• betjob reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill confirming your address in Bangladesh.
• Accounts that cannot be verified to betjob's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance held therein may be withheld pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betjob username and password. betjob accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify betjob's customer support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

betjob processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the betjob platform:

• Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum limits per transaction and per day are specified within the betjob account portal and are subject to change.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment instruments registered in your own legal name. betjob does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to a person other than the verified account holder.
• betjob targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the policies of the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets only and are not guaranteed.
• betjob does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees; betjob has no control over or liability for such fees.
• In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, betjob reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds pending investigation. Funds involved in confirmed fraud will be forfeited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

betjob offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's specific terms, which are published on the betjob platform at the time the promotion is active.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• betjob reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are time-limited offers. betjob is under no obligation to run any particular promotion beyond its stated end date.
• betjob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, in the event of technical errors, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

All wagering on the betjob platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the betjob platform:

• All bets placed on betjob are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where betjob's specific in-play cash-out feature is available and the user exercises that option within the permitted window.
• betjob reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's betjob account balance.
• In the event of a disputed result or an event being abandoned, betjob will apply the applicable sport-specific settlement rules. Users are encouraged to review game and sport rules before placing wagers.
• Casino games, including live dealer tables, slot titles, and crash games, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are provided by the respective game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
• betjob does not accept liability for system interruptions beyond its reasonable control that affect the outcome of a live bet or game session. In such circumstances, betjob will apply its standard disconnection and interruption policies.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjob platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the betjob platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Opening or using a betjob account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your betjob account credentials.
• Attempting to defraud betjob or any other user through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the betjob platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the betjob platform, including its games, odds-generation systems, or payment gateways.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the betjob platform to process funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the account verification process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the betjob platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, software, text, and game assets — is the intellectual property of betjob or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betjob platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any betjob content without express prior written consent from betjob.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjob's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. betjob expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betjob platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond betjob's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your betjob account credentials secure.
• Outcomes of games or bets that are within the normal range of expected variation and do not result from any fault on betjob's part.

10. Amendments to These Terms

betjob reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betjob will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered users via the email address or contact number associated with their betjob account. Your continued use of the betjob platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the betjob platform, you agree to first contact betjob's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. betjob will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve your complaint within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with recognised arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Account Termination and Closure

betjob reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time if betjob reasonably concludes that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the betjob platform or to other users. Upon lawful closure of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds and pending investigations will be returned to the user via their registered payment method. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betjob customer support.
